Please join us for a tour of the Semiconductor & Microsystems Fabrication Laboratory (SMFL) Facility at the RIT Kate Gleason College of Engineering. The RIT SMFL offers a complete capability in microelectronics and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) fabrication. The facility contains over 10,000 sq.ft. of class 1000 clean room which supports research in semiconductor materials and devices, integrated circuits, MEMS devices and sensors, photonic devices and image sensors, and nanotechnology.
